CAYET is a fashion brand founded in 2022 by Claudia Diniz, inspired by a lifelong passion and a deep appreciation for timeless elegance. The brand is named after Claudia’s daughter, Maria Cayetana, and was created with the vision of producing exclusive, elegant pieces that are designed to last a lifetime. CAYET’s mission is to create high-quality fashion that highlight the natural beauty of the female form while ensuring comfort and versatility for all occasions.
Claudia’s journey with fashion began in the iconic 90s, growing up surrounded by her grandmothers’ and aunts’ timeless garments. These pieces carried emotional significance while having a story, personality and unique DNA that made them special. Over time, they became a part of her own collection, reliving their history through her style. After studying Fashion Design and Marketing, Claudia worked in agencies and travelled the world, getting to know different cultures, designers and inspirations that led to the creation of CAYET.
In her own words:
“Creating something of my own was always a dream, but I never had the courage to pursue it. It was after attending a wedding where I struggled to find something that could work both for a black-tie event and my everyday life that I decided to turn my dream into reality. With CAYET, I aim to design hybrid pieces that suit different moments in a woman’s life – outfits that can be worn on various occasions without compromising elegance or comfort.”
