Return and Exchange Policy

At CAYET, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth as possible. Please review the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:

1. Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from CAYET’s online store. Items purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.

2. Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at customercare@cayet.co. with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

  • Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange.

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

  • CAYET  is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

4. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

  • Exchange orders will be shipped once the returned item(s) are received and processed.

  • For exchanges, we cover return shipping costs.

6. Final Sale Items:

  • Final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.
